We never take payment on this website. Submitting a booking request is not a confirmed reservation. Our team confirms your slot on WhatsApp, and any deposit or payment is arranged directly with us there.
Your information
We collect only the details you give us — name, contact, hotel, and booking preferences — to run your experience. We do not sell your data. We keep it only as long as needed to serve you.
Safety
All experiences are run with licensed guides and maintained equipment. You take part at your own risk and must follow your guide's instructions. We reschedule or refund fully if weather makes an activity unsafe.
